1. Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shieldplusinsure.click with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain items, such as watches that have been customized or engraved, may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
